Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Draft for legal review. This page is template content prepared for Qwlee. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction before publication.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Qwlee website, software products and professional services. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Qwlee provides digital product design, software development, marketing and automation services, as well as subscription software products. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for client projects are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

  • Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • Do not misuse our website or products, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with their operation.
  • Do not use our products to send unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

3. Fees and payment

Project fees are typically invoiced by milestone as described in the proposal. Subscription products are billed in advance for each billing period. Late payments may pause work or access until resolved.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment for a client project, ownership of the custom code, designs and content we create specifically for you transfers to you, unless the proposal states otherwise. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use any that are incorporated into your deliverables. Our software products remain our property and are licensed, not sold.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to perform the engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before discovery.

6. Warranties and support

We provide a 30-day warranty period after launch to fix defects in delivered work. Ongoing support and maintenance are available under a separate care plan. Except as expressly stated, our services and products are provided 'as is'.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the proposal. On termination you pay for work completed to date, and we deliver the work product paid for.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your proposal or, if none, the jurisdiction in which Qwlee is registered. [Legal review: confirm jurisdiction.]
